Adults are always present
- Kids are naturally in a playful mood at birthdays, so having an adult around is crucial and necessary to ensure both safety and fun.
Socks always on
- Socks keep the feet warm and minimize the risk of slipping while playing. Socks must be kept on at all times, both in the park and in the party rooms.
Treats and decorations
- In the playland, there are delicious treats and colorful decorations available. You can’t bring your own cake, treats, or decorations to the park.
Changes to reservation
- You can easily make changes to your booking yourself up to 5 days before the party day. For later changes, please contact our customer service at hello@leosleikkimaa.fi.
Cancellations
- You can conveniently cancel your party via the website up to 14 days before the party day. For later cancellations, please contact our customer service at hello@leosleikkimaa.fi at least 2 business days before the party day. In case of illness, you can contact the party venue directly by email or phone.
Allergies and other considerations - Please inform us of any allergies or special needs in advance so we can ensure successful parties for everyone. You can notify us of these at the time of booking or at least 5 days before the party day.
Number of children
- On Saturdays and Sundays, there must be a minimum of 8 children at the party, on weekdays 7 children. Parties can also be held with smaller groups, but the price is based on the minimum number.
Surprise gift
- The surprise gift at the party is not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Payment methods
- Payment at Leo’s is convenient and quick with most bank cards. Please note that we do not accept cash at our parks.
